Celebration Church has 7 church locations in the country of Mozambique. Our mission is to continue to develop Strong Christians to reach Mozambique and surrounding countries with the message and ministry of Jesus.
Celebration Church’s School of Champions is transforming the future of a vulnerable generation through quality education as they connect with Christ, the Church and their Calling. With local teachers and advanced curriculum, our students' test scores are in the 99 percentile of the country. With their strong secondary education, many continue to university and enter the workforce in their preferred field. They are developed into strong Christians with the leadership and life skills that will positively impact their communities and families.
Celebration Church’s Child Sponsorship Program is raising a healthy generation of vulnerable children through wholistic care as they connect with Christ, the Church, and their Calling. The Program serves over four hundred orphaned, abandoned, and vulnerable children within the Tembene and Patrice communities on the outskirts of the city of Xai-Xai. Since 2007, we have delivered Christ-centered programming by providing biblical instruction, nutritional meals, tutoring, and assistance with medical needs. Sponsors connect with their sponsored child through notes, sharing pictures, and video conferencing to watch their sponsor child grow.
Every year Celebration Church takes mission trips to work along side our Mozambique locations, with our School of Champions, with the children we sponsor, with local prisons, and in the local community. We encourage all of our Celebration members to join us for one of our Mozambique mission trips.
