Our Leander/Liberty Hill Location has secured an incredible property located on a major corridor flowing through the heart of this rapidly growing community.
On 183A near FM2243 our property sees over 35,000 cars per day drive past. These are families and individuals, leaders, community builders, and innovators from around the world that now call Leander and Liberty Hill home. Now is the time for us to build a permanent facility that they will soon call their Church home.
A building that will become a spiritual landmark for the city.
A place where people encounter the presence of God and grow into all He has created them to be.
A place where the message of Jesus changes lives, strengthens families, and shines as a beacon of hope for everyone who passes by.
This is more than a building project. It’s an investment in the spiritual future of our city and the generations who will call it home. This is what we are building FOR THE FUTURE.
We are asking everyone who calls Celebration Church home to build for the future spiritually, relationally, and nancially. To pray boldly, engage deeply, and give generously as we establish a permanent home. As you consider your role, reflect on what your life is building and the legacy it is shaping for generations to come. Generosity builds more than buildings; it builds faith, aligns our hearts with God’s mission, and impacts lives for generations.
Years from now, when the impact of this place reaches far beyond what we can imagine today, the reason will be clear: a group of people chose to boldly build FOR THE FUTURE.
We know what we are building is not simply for today. Although our church family consists of people from all ages and walks of life our focus is always forward to set the next generation of leaders on a strong foundation of faith. 50% of our current church membership in Leander/Liberty Hill is under the age of 18 years old. We are a next generation church. With families from all of the world moving to Leander, we know our church is focused and built For The Future.
We know that with God all things are possible. We also know that God desires that we all exercise our faith in unity. For the Future will require both faith and sacrifce from everyone who calls Celebration home. While giving looks diferent for everyone, if we all give sacricially with faith we will not only meet our goal but exceed it and experience God’s great joy in the process.
We do not expect giving to have an adverse eect on the normal operating or missions budgets. We believe that as we faithfully follow the Lord's leading and mature in our understanding of generosity, giving to the annual budget will remain strong and increase.
Of course! Unforeseen circumstances may cause you to want to increase or change your giving commitment in the future. At any time during the 36 months, you can review or change your commitment online at celebration.church or you can ask for another Commitment Card and turn it in to update your commitment!
The most important place to begin is by completing a Commitment Card on which you can indicate what you plan to give over the three-year campaign period. This card is vital as it informs Celebration Church what to expect and how to wisely plan expenditures.
When the time comes to begin giving, a number of methods are available:
Even in times of scarcity, God wants our hearts. Consider The widow in Mark 12:41-44… She gave her last few pennies, financially it wasn’t a big financial contribution, but Jesus said she gave the largest gift of all.
For The Future is about all of us coming together, giving sacrificially, and trusting God to do the rest. It may mean God is asking you to trust Him by making a faith commitment that you do not know how to fulfill right now. God has supplied our every need in Christ, and we trust He will honor a heart that wants to give generously in response to the gospel.
There may also be ways to be sacrificial with your lifestyle to create a margin for generosity in your life. Look for ways to involve the entire family in the process of giving generously. Use this as an opportunity to teach children and grandchildren to obey the Lord with a generous heart and to trust Him. This is a great opportunity to take a look at our overall stewardship of all that God has entrusted to us.
Everything at Celebration Church begins in prayer. We start by asking God for discernment, direction, courage, and unity. Furthermore we have invited our Pastoral team, our staff, lay-ministers and ministry advisors in asking what God wants from us at this time. The direction of For The Future is the result of these prayers.
